A user activates a product two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to a product on the product after the product is sold; the user logs in a product information input software link by scanning the two-dimensional code on the product; the user inputs problems occurring in a product application process, product uses, a product application state, and a mobile phone number, a name, a career, an address and age information of an existing product owner to mobile phone software, performs storage and sends the input information to a computer through a GSM/4G network of a mobile phone; and the computer timely updates existing product usage data. According to the platform, the mobile phone software is logined by scanning the two-dimensional code uniquely corresponding to the product on the product; the problems occurring in the product application process of the product, the product uses, the product application state and the personal information of the existing product owner are input; and through user feedback, the product has numerous defects, so that the product design is updated for the defects and the usage demands of more users are met.
