The invention provides a finger massage mechanism which comprises a base and a finger massage module. The finger massage module comprises a connecting base plate and a plurality of side-by-side fingermassaging units; each finger massaging unit comprises a first supporting plate and a massaging frame; a sliding block is arranged on teach massage frame, each sliding block is in sliding fit with thecorresponding massage frame, each finger massage unit further comprises a first driving module for driving the sliding block to reciprocate, the finger massage module further comprises a hand supporting plate, a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the hand supporting plate, one massage frame corresponds to one strip-shaped hole, and all the sliding blocks or some sliding blocks of the massage frames protrude out of the corresponding strip-shaped holes. By arranging the hand supporting plate and a plurality of massage frames, the sliding blocks are arranged on the massage frames, thesliding blocks are in sliding fit with the massage frames, and the sliding blocks are driven by the first driving modules to reciprocate; when the fingers are massaged, the palm just needs to be placed on the hand supporting plate, fingers are located on the corresponding sliding blocks, a device is started so that the sliding block can slide in the finger direction to massage the fingers, and the massage effect is better.
