Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments, and discloses a robot arm rectoscope system which comprises: a robot arm with a clamping mechanism fixed to the tail end; a rectoscope which is detachably connected with the robot arm through the clamping mechanism, wherein the rectoscope comprises a fixing seat clamped by the clamping mechanism, an endoscope tube which is fixed in the fixing seat in a penetrating manner and comprises an operation front end and an operation rear end, wherein an expander is arranged at the operation front end of the endoscope tube, and the dilator comprises at least two dilation pieces arranged on the outer side of the endoscope tube in an array mode, the dilation pieces are combined to form a structural form with a small front end and a large rear end, and when the endoscope tube stretches into the dilation pieces, the dilation pieces are driven to dilate outwards synchronously; and a locking mechanism which is connected between the dilation pieces and the endoscope tube, and is used for switching the fixed fit between the dilation pieces and the endoscope tube into sliding fit in the process of inserting the dilation pieces into the anus of a patient.
