The invention discloses fluorescence quantitative internal reference genes of different tissues in clerodendrum trichotomum and primers and an application thereof. The internal reference genes are Actin, RPL, RAN, AP-2 and HSP70 genes, wherein a gene sequence of the Actin gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.1; a gene sequence of the RPL gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.3; a gene sequence of the RAN gene is shownas SEQ ID NO.6; a gene sequence of the AP-2 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.13; and a gene sequence of the HSP70 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.14. The internal reference gene combinations suitable for different tissues in clerodendrum trichotomum are designed, internal reference gene sequences are disclosed at the same time, and real-time fluorescence quantitative primers are designed according to the internal reference gene sequences, and thus the current situation that no internal reference gene exists in the clerodendrum trichotomum detection is solved, and the designed real-time fluorescence quantitative primers have strong primer specificity when being used for gene expression analysis in clerodendrum trichotomum tissues, so that the detection efficiency when the clerodendrum trichotomum gene is quantitatively detected by real-time fluorescence can be greatly improved, and the reliability of detection results is improved.
