The invention relates to a discharging device for a sludge bin. The device is positioned on the lower part of the sludge bin, and comprises a plurality of screw charging machines. The central axes of the screw charging machines are arranged along a plurality of directions in the horizontal plane, and are opposite to one another. The charging device has the advantages of simple structure and high efficiency, can be widely applied to the charging of viscous materials such as sludge, and aims to solve the problem of the uniform discharging of the viscous sludge with lumps in the sludge bin. Pairwise opposite screws are used for pushing the materials to a material outlet, the diameter of a material inlet is greater than that of the material outlet, and charging speed is lower than discharging speed, so that an arch breaking effect is achieved. When the material inlet is clogged, high-speed airflow is used for removing the clogging of the lumps, so that continuous charging and uniform discharging are ensured.
