The invention provides a system of intelligent-type reworking. The system includes an industrial control computer and an RFID reader-writer arranged on each station position of a reworking center. Theindustrial control computer communicates with the RFID reader-writer. An RFID tag and a two-dimensional code recording workpiece information are arranged on each workpiece. A system management modulewhich is responsible for managing users and assigning user authority, a reworking management module which is responsible for managing reworking rules of the different-type workpieces, a reworking intelligent-control module which is responsible for intelligently carrying out reworking prompting according to the reworking rules, a data collection module which is responsible for collecting data in the RFID tags on the workpieces and a data analysis module which is responsible for analyzing the collected reworking data are arranged on the industrial control computer. The data collection module isconnected with the RFID reader-writer. The invention also provides a control method of intelligent-type reworking. The system and the method can help an operation worker in clarifying work contents,and reduce a misoperation rate; and have the advantages that costs are low, intelligence is more, data values are fully utilized, and reworking misoperation is prevented.
