Benefits of technology

This patented method allows researchers to quickly detect DNA mutations associated with chronic liver disease (hepatic cirrhosis) without having to wait long hours until results are obtained through traditional methods like polymerase chain reactions (PC). It also uses certain types of enzymes called LAPA1 proteins which specifically recognize these changes caused by viruses such as Hepatitus B virus (HBV), Human Immunodeficiency Virus type I(HIViolet's HIV-1)-associating Retroviral Replication Influenza Type 3a (REL-31), Hemophilia A retrotransplantation syndrome (HAIRS)/hemorrhagic fevers/fever, etc., indicating potential complications during treatment.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to prevent diseased individuals who have been exposed to various types of hepadnaves such as those caused by CHI, CEJV, SHIV, etc., while maintaining their healthy condition.

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The embodiment of the present invention is divided into two parts to complete, that is, embodiment one: the detection method of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "the method of using the hepatitis C LAMP detection kit" or abbreviated as "LAMP" method); embodiment two: hepatitis C The specificity and sensitivity test of the hepatitis LAMP method, the test methods in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional methods.

[0030] Example The method of using the hepatitis C LAMP detection kit

[0031] 1 Hepatitis C nucleic acid extraction

[0032] The peripheral blood of the person infected with hepatitis C was aseptically collected, and an appropriate amount of anticoagulant was added, and the RNA of the 5' non-coding region of the virus was extracted according to the viral RNA / DNA extraction kit provided by Bao Bioengineering (Dalian) Co., Ltd.

[0033] 2. LAMP response of HCV

Abstract

The invention relates to a kit for detecting whether a blood sample to be detected carries hepatitis C virus. The kit has four specific primers. In the using method for the kit, RNA extracted from the sample to be detected is taken as a template, the specific primers, polymerase, buffer and water are added into the template for loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reaction, a reaction product (or the reaction product is added with ethidium bromide) is observed under an ultraviolet lamp, and whether the sample to be detected carries the hepatitis C virus or not is judged according to a fact that whether the reaction product generates fluorescence under the ultraviolet; or the reaction product is subjected to agar gel electrophoresis, and whether the sample to be detected carries the hepatitis C virus or not is judged according to a fact that whether the reaction product has a belt in a specific track.
