The invention discloses a monosulfuron-clodinafop-propargyl ester weeding composition. The monosulfuron-clodinafop-propargyl ester weeding composition comprises monosulfuron and clodinafop-propargyl ester as active components and the balance a pesticide assistant. A mass part ratio of monosulfuron to clodinafop-propargyl ester is in a range of 1: 5 to 5: 1, and the total mass of monosulfuron and clodinafop-propargyl ester is 5-60% that of the monosulfuron-clodinafop-propargyl ester weeding composition. According to application demands, the monosulfuron-clodinafop-propargyl ester weeding composition can be processed to form a dispersible oil suspending agent, a suspending agent, wettable powder or water dispersible granules, can be used for preventing and removing gramineous weeds and broadleaved weeds in the wheat field, has weed prevention and removal effects obviously superior to those of various single-component agents, reduces a herbicide use amount and delays herbicide resistance of weeds.
