Abstract

A sports headset comprises a head band used for being clamped on the two sides of the head, and headset components installed at the two ends of the head band in an inward-outward rotating mode, wherein each headset component comprises an earplug component capable of being placed in or taken out of the corresponding ear along with the rotation of the headset component. The head band is pressed above the ears on the two sides of the head through headset bases instead of on the ears, so that the ears do not feel pressed on the premise that firm wearing is achieved, and comfort is guaranteed after long-time use.
