The method is characterized by comprising S1, enabling users to transmit file downloading requests to outer networks, enabling firewall equipment to intercept and capture first files fed by the outer networks, forwarding the first files to virus scanning servers, enabling the virus scanning servers to carry out virus scanning on the first files, recording index information of the first files if the viruses are not found in the first files, sampling breakpoints of the first files, storing sampled data in the virus scanning servers, or terminating integral processes if the viruses are found in the first files, and transmitting virus scanning reports to the users; S2, enabling the users to transmit file downloading requests to the outer networks again, enabling the firewall equipment to intercept and capture second files fed by the outer networks, forwarding the second files to the virus scanning servers, enabling the virus scanning servers to compare the second files to the index information and the sampled data of the first files according to breakpoint sampling rules in real time, transmitting the second files to the users if the second files are successfully matched with the index information and the sampled data of the first files, or carrying out virus scanning on the second files if the second files are not successfully matched with the index information and the sampled data of the first files, and forwarding the second files to the users after the second files are completely scanned.
