Abstract

The invention relates to a vibration compaction device of a sand mould. The vibration compaction device comprises a base, a support and a compaction device body. The compaction device body is fixed to an operation table through the support and composed of an air cylinder, a compaction plate and a fixed tank. The bottom of the air cylinder is connected with the compaction plate through piston rods, and the piston rods are sleeved with limiting blocks for controlling the compaction plate to ascend. A telescopic leveling rod connected with a motor is arranged on the lower portion of the support and located above the mould. A sand mould fixing frame for containing the sand mould is arranged in the fixed tank. Four vibration shafts connected with a drive device are arranged at the bottom of the sand mould fixing frame. According to the vibration compaction device, the problems that in the traditional sand mould compaction process, when manual beating is adopted, time and labor are consumed, when a machine is used for compaction, moulding sand is prone to being distributed unevenly, compaction is uneven due to uneven stress in the compaction process, and consequently the mould cannot be used can be solved.
