Abstract

The invention relates to a grabber for an instrument in a well mouth blowout prevention pipe. The grabber comprises a grabbing base body and a connector. The grabbing base body and the connector are in threaded connection. The grabbing base body is provided with a fixing pin hole. A fixing pin is arranged in the fixing pin hole. A grabbing tongue is rotationally connected to the fixing pin. A torsion spring is arranged at the portion, corresponding to a groove of the grabbing tongue, of the fixing pin. A torsion spring stop key is arranged in the grabbing base body. One side of the torsion spring abuts against the torsion spring stop key, and the other side of the torsion spring abuts against the grabbing tongue. The grabbing tongue is provided with a tongue pull ring. The tongue pull ring is provided with a special hook spanner. A steel wire penetrates in the grabbing base body and the connector.
