Benefits of technology

This patented device helps creating better ways to pass cranial nerves during minimally invasive surgeries like chest operations or abdominal procedures by providing an improved way to guide them towards their target area with precision.

Problems solved by technology

This patented method involves performing a procedure called perpendicular paraplegia (PP) on patients with spinal cord injuries or other neurologically impaired conditions that require direct visual observation during medical procedures such as endovascular neurosurgery. However, there may be some potential complications associated with these methods due to their lacking ability for intuitive understanding through tactile sensation alone.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0017] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown, a tube-inserting forceps for paravertebral nerve block in thoracoscopic surgery includes a forceps body 1 and a puncture inner core 6, and the forceps body 1 includes: a head end 2, a shaft 3, and a gripping end 4 , the tube channel 5; the head end 2, the shaft 3, and the handle end 4 are fixedly connected in turn, and the midlines of the head end 2, the shaft 3, and the handle end 4 are on the same plane, The tube channel 5 runs through the head end 2 and the shaft 3 .

[0018] The cross-section of the shaft 3 is circular, one end of the shaft 3 is connected to the head end 2 at 150°-170°, and the other end of the shaft 3 is connected to the handle end 4 .

[0019] The shape of the head end 2 is spindle-shaped, the sharp angle of the spindle-shaped head is 30°~40°, the middle diameter of the head end 2 is 1.3 time

Abstract

The invention discloses cathetering pliers of paraspinal nerve block for a thoracoscopic surgery. The cathetering pliers comprise a plier body and a puncturing inner core. The plier body comprises a head end, a rod body, a holding end, and a cathetering channel. The head end, the rod body and the holding end are successively and fixedly connected. Center lines of the head end, the rod body and theholding end structures are positioned in the same plane. The cathetering channel passes through the head end and the rod body. During an paraspinal nerve block cathetering operation in the thoracoscopic surgery, the puncturing inner core is inserted into the cathetering channel, a parietal pleura is separated along intercostal space, and after reaching 1-2 CM beside a sympathetic nerve node, thepuncturing inner core is drawn out, and a paraspinal nerve block catheter is inserted into the cathetering channel, so a whole cathetering process is completed. The cathetering pliers are capable of performing the accurate paraspinal nerve block, and have the characteristics of accurate operation, no pain of a patient, and easy implementation.
