Abstract

The invention discloses a decision support method and device based on a natural language, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium. The decision support method comprises the following steps: firstly, receiving service rule configuration information described by using a natural language, then identifying the natural language to obtain the service rule configuration information, and determining a service strategy based on the service rule configuration information. According to the decision support method and device, the service decision is separated from the program code, and the service rule is compiled by using the predefined natural language, so that service rule maintenance personnel and decision-making personnel can operate and maintain the service conveniently, and the decision-making efficiency is improved.
