The invention relates to fruit and vegetable-flavored cheese. The cheese comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of cashew nuts, 20-30 parts of vegetable cream, 5-15 partsof dark plums, 5-8 parts of cucumbers, 8-10 parts of eggs, 80-100 parts of fresh milk, 1-2 parts of honey, 2-8 parts of snow pears, 2-5 parts of mixed enzymes and 1-2 parts of chymosin.
