The invention discloses novel nutrient instant noodles. A noodle cake is prepared from the following raw materials in part by weight: 171.5-178.5 parts by weight of flour, 6.86-7.14 parts by weight of coarse grain flour, 5.096-5.304 parts by weight of chlorella flour and 56.468-58.772 parts by weight of saline-alkali water. With the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, for the instant noodles, chlorella and coarse grain are added into the noodle cake; the content of lysine in the chlorella is high; since the coarse grain flour and the chlorella flour are added into the instant noodle, the problem that the content of the lysine in the instant noodles is low, the contents of various lysines tend to be balanced and the difficult problem of incomprehensive nutrition of the original instant noodles can be remarkably changed.
