The invention discloses a method for inhibiting the movement of
flounder eyes, which comprises the selection of an inhibiting
drug, i.e.
colchicine, the method and the skill of
microinjection, and the position and the time for injecting
paralichthys, solea and
cynoglossus semilaevis. The method can
restrict the action of the
drug in the local tissues so as to achieve better action and effect. The movement of the
flounder eyes is inhibited by injecting the
colchicine, the generation of other
metamorphosis events can be not influenced, and the method can provide the experimental materials to the research of the mechanisms asymmetrical occurrence.
