The invention discloses a metal electrographite brush having high precision and good reliability. The metal electrographite brush is characterized by being prepared from raw materials by weight: 40-60 parts of crystalline flake graphite, 18-28 parts of pitch, 20-30 parts of tungsten disulfide, 3-5 parts of iron powder, 6-9 parts of copper sulphide, 11-15 parts of manganese carbonate, 7-9 parts of copper-antimony alloy powder and an appropriate amount of oleic acid. By adding the copper sulphide, an effect of enhancing conductivity and hardness of brush material is enhanced. By adding manganese carbonate, effects of reducing sintering temperature and improving material compactness are improved. According to the invention, the metal electrographite brush prepared by adopting the scientific formula and a reasonable material proportion has good hardness and conductivity, is high in accuracy, stable in quality, good in reliability and worth of promotion.
