3 results about "Counterbore" patented technology

A counterbore (symbol: ⌴) is a cylindrical flat-bottomed hole that enlarges another coaxial hole, or the tool used to create that feature. A counterbore hole is typically used when a fastener, such as a socket head cap screw, is required to sit flush with or below the level of a workpiece's surface.

The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to a sliding door upper rail based on a building steel beam structure. The sliding door upper rail comprises a permanent magnet, fixing screws, pressing plates, a foundation plate, baffles and a U-shaped groove. The pressing plates are fixed above the foundation plate through the fixing screws. The two pressing plates are located on the two sides of the top of the foundation plate correspondingly. The permanent magnet is arranged between the pressing plates and is stably arranged above the foundation plate through the two pressing plates. A counterbore hole is formed in each pressing plate, and the fixing screws are located in the counterbore holes. The baffles are welded to the bottom of the foundation plate, and a U-shaped groove is formed between the baffles. By means of the sliding door upper rail based on the building steel beam structure, permanent magnet design is adopted above the foundation of a building steel beam, the whole upper rail is attracted to the bottom of the building steel beam through the permanent magnet, and hole drilling installation conducted during installation of a sliding door upper rail on a traditional building beam is avoided; and the sliding door upper rail is simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of well meeting the structural requirement of novel buildings.
