The invention discloses a vehicle oxygen sensor which comprises an oxygen-sensitive chip, a lead, a lead terminal, a chip cover component and a hexagonal base shell, wherein the chip cover component and the hexagonal base shell are sequentially connected from front to back, front and rear sections of counterbores are formed in a hexagonal base; a transition section between the two sections of counterbores is made into a chamfered conical surface; an elastic washer, a front support block, a sealing block and a rear support block are mounted sequentially from front to back in the two sections ofcounterbores; the front end surface of the sealing block is in contact fit with the chamfered conical surface; the hole edge of the rear section of counterbore closes inward to rivet the rear supportblock, and the rear support block is riveted to generate an axial force against the sealing block; a through hole leading to the inside of the chip cover component is formed in the bottom of the front section of counterbore; the oxygen-sensitive chip sequentially passes through the rear support block, the sealing block, the front support block, the elastic washer and the through hole and extendsinto the chip cover component. The vehicle oxygen sensor disclosed by the invention has good sealing property and other advantages.
