A sports headset comprises a head band used for being clamped on the two sides of the head, and headset components installed at the two ends of the head band in an inward-outward rotating mode, wherein each headset component comprises an earplug component capable of being placed in or taken out of the corresponding ear along with the rotation of the headset component. The head band is pressed above the ears on the two sides of the head through headset bases instead of on the ears, so that the ears do not feel pressed on the premise that firm wearing is achieved, and comfort is guaranteed after long-time use. The earplug components can be taken out of or placed in the ears simply by rotating the headset components outwards or inwards, the headset can be temporarily stopped or reused without being taken down or re-worn like existing headsets, and using states can be switched quite conveniently. Due to the fact that the earplug components instead earmuffs are adopted to serve as sound transmission components, size and weight are reduced greatly, the whole headset is light, wearing comfort is improved, and the headset is suitable for being worn while people do sports.
