The invention discloses a
respirator which relates to a
breathing apparatus. An existing
respirator has single function and cannot be widely used. The invention provides a
respirator which has a disinfection function and can be used by a person to breathe in an
oxygen-
free zone or under water. The respirator comprises a helmet (1) and a built-in air bag (1-1), wherein the built-in air bag is used for closing outside air and water; an
inhalation pipe (2) and an
exhalation pipe (3) are respectively inserted into two nares of the person, and air flow is controlled to unidirectionally flow by a one-way air
inlet valve (2-K) and a one-way air outlet valve (3-K), so as to achieve the purposes that one naris of the person inhales and the other naris of the person exhales and guarantee that
fresh air is inhaled and waste air is exhaled; when an air inlet
pipe (2-1) and an air outlet pipe (3-1) are extended to be above the water surface, the person can breathe under the water. When disinfection
medicine and facilities are arranged in two air boxes (4) communicated with the respirator, or the respirator is communicated with an
oxygen bottle carried by the person, the person can enter the toxic
oxygen-
free zone to work. The respirator is a multifunctional respirator with disinfection,
oxygen supply,
underwater culture and entertainment functions and has a broad application prospect and a practical value.
