The invention relates to a cold hot water oven, which comprises a fagot furnace and a coal furnace, with a secondary air feeding channel arranged around the furnaces. The fagot furnace contains a left heat absorber whose chamber is communicated with a thermal-insulated water tank via tube. The invention uses first-gasify and secondary wind feeding structures to completely burn fagot to improve thermal efficiency and reduce pollution. And the invention can use fagot and coal as fuels, with left-heat recycle structure to supply heat to cook and hot water.
