The invention discloses a water depth pressure reverse osmosis seawater desalination system. According to the technology, the phenomenon that the pressure is increased along with increasing of the depth in water is utilized, a water containing facility with the certain depth is arranged on the land, a reverse osmosis device is arranged in the water containing facility, fresh water in the seawater is pressed into a fresh water collecting container arranged in the reverse osmosis device through the water depth pressure, the thickened seawater flows out of a brine well under the action of a communicating vessel, then the purpose that consumed electric energy only can be used for separating the fresh water in the seawater is achieved and therefore a large amount of electric energy can be saved. The technology can replace an existing reverse osmosis membrane technology. In addition, production can be conducted by simply transforming equipment in the prior art without directly eliminating the equipment.
