secondary side of the isolation transformer is in an open circuit can be detected effectively, whether there is current in a navigation aid lamp loop can be detected, whether the isolation transformer or the navigation aid lamp fails can be judged and the judgment result can be reported to the principal computer system in real time, so that the problem that the navigation aid lamp loop cannot be handled in a timely manner due to failure of the windings of the isolation transformer is avoided.
