The invention relates to an implantable sacral nerve stimulation device, which comprises a sacral nerve stimulator, a stimulating wire and an adjustable anchoring element, wherein the sacral nerve stimulator and a sacral nerve are connected by the stimulating wire, and the adjustable anchoring element is used for fastening the stimulating wire and the sacral nerve. The implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is characterized in that the sacral nerve stimulator is provided with a heat radiating shell, the heat radiating shell is arranged on a shell of the sacral nerve stimulator, and the heat radiating shell is made into a concave shape by adopting a shape memory material. In a charging state, the generated heat enables the heat radiating shell to plump outwards, and a cavity is formed between the heat radiating shell and the shell of the sacral nerve stimulator; and in a non-charging state, the heat radiating shell recovers to the initial concave shape, the sacral nerve stimulator is closely attached to the outer surface of the heat radiating shell, and the cavity disappears. The implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is fast in heat dissipation, improves the charging efficiency, shortens the total charging time, and has small thickness at a normal operating mode in the non-charging state, thereby being high in implantation comfort. In addition, the implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is high in fixation with the tissue and not easy to drift.
