Benefits of technology

This technology improves how much energy goes into being stored inside an electronic part called the neuromuscular system (NMS). When there're no charge needed for operation, some parts within the NMS release excessive amounts of thermal energy while others remain cold. By adding a special substances like bone fillings onto these areas, they act more effectively than just having them alone. These techniques aim to provide better cooling performance without increasing their size but still maintain good contact between the electrical contacts and other materials such as metal plates.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution involves improving the performance and lifespan requirements of electronic neurostimulators by reducing their temperature when they charge up after being worn out periodically due to excess accumulated charges from previous uses.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] In one embodiment of the present invention, as Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, the present invention provides an implantable sacral nerve stimulation device. The sacral nerve stimulation device is a small programmable device that can be implanted in the buttocks of patients with incontinence, and can be used to treat conservative treatment ineffective or intolerant of conservative treatment Symptoms of non-obstructive urinary retention and overactive bladder, including urge incontinence, frequency and urgency. see Figure 1

Abstract

The invention relates to an implantable sacral nerve stimulation device, which comprises a sacral nerve stimulator, a stimulating wire and an adjustable anchoring element, wherein the sacral nerve stimulator and a sacral nerve are connected by the stimulating wire, and the adjustable anchoring element is used for fastening the stimulating wire and the sacral nerve. The implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is characterized in that the sacral nerve stimulator is provided with a heat radiating shell, the heat radiating shell is arranged on a shell of the sacral nerve stimulator, and the heat radiating shell is made into a concave shape by adopting a shape memory material. In a charging state, the generated heat enables the heat radiating shell to plump outwards, and a cavity is formed between the heat radiating shell and the shell of the sacral nerve stimulator; and in a non-charging state, the heat radiating shell recovers to the initial concave shape, the sacral nerve stimulator is closely attached to the outer surface of the heat radiating shell, and the cavity disappears. The implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is fast in heat dissipation, improves the charging efficiency, shortens the total charging time, and has small thickness at a normal operating mode in the non-charging state, thereby being high in implantation comfort. In addition, the implantable sacral nerve stimulation device is high in fixation with the tissue and not easy to drift.
