According to the invention, the technical barriers of flickering and spanning fire phenomena of a low-power power supply load, incapability of network distribution and incapability of driving a common relay are solved, the heating value of a high-power load power taking MOS tube is reduced, and the phenomenon of lighting on a side road during air switch is also avoided.
