The invention relates to an electric connector and a module thereof. The module comprises a circuit board, the electric connector and a flexible ribbon cable. The electric connector is welded on the circuit board which is provided with a plurality of board end contact points, wherein the electric connector comprises a limit base body and a pressing element; the limit base body is provided with a body and two limit arms which are arranged on both sides of the body, and is provided with a limit space capable of accommodating the flexible ribbon cable; and the pressing element is rotationally arranged between the two limit arms of the limit base body through a rotating device and provided with press points corresponding to the board end contact points. When the pressing element is positioned at a close position, the press points apply pressure on the flexible ribbon cable so as to ensure that cable end contact points of the flexible ribbon cable are in tight contact with the board end contact points and to limit the withdraw of the flexible ribbon cable.
