Abstract

The cycling water cooling device is connected with the base. The middle part of the base is provided with a round hole with a dimension corresponding to the cord slot of the mold. The two sides of the base are provided with ordinary holes for cooled water. The cooling section of the cycling water cooling device is arranged in the round hole of the base. The invention has the advantages that as the cycling water cooling device is adopted, the invention effectively solves the problems of slow cooling speed at the bottom part of the cast iron boiler and uneven condensing temperature for the cast iron product, leads the thicker molten iron cast by the cord slot at the bottom part of the lower mold to be simultaneously cooled with the molten iron in a whole mold cavity tool; the invention also has the advantages of uniform product condensing temperature, no air bladder and great improvement on the product quality and finished product rate.
