The invention discloses a heat exchange sheet with an adhesive tape safety signal, and relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, in particular to the technical field of structures of main components, namely heat exchange sheets of plate type heat exchangers. The two ends of the sheet are provided with two through holes respectively; the periphery of the sheet and the periphery of all the through holes are provided with a sealing adhesive tape mounting groove respectively; and sealing adhesive tapes which form a dual-seal mechanism are arranged in the sealing adhesive tape mounting grooves. The heat exchange sheet is characterized in that leakage grooves are formed on the tops of the sealing adhesive tapes. Besides the dual-seal mechanism, the leakage grooves are reserved at the periphery of the sealing adhesive tapes at the clearance of the dual-seal mechanism, so that the clearance of the dual-seal mechanism can be communicated with the atmosphere. Therefore, media only can be leaked into the atmosphere and two media cannot be mixed absolutely even if the sealing adhesive tapes fail accidentally, so that the heat exchange sheet can be safely operated; and simultaneously, a user can be reminded by the leakage grooves to maintain equipment in time.
