Abstract

The invention relates to an integral rotary type continuous contra-flow extractor. The integral rotary type continuous contra-flow extractor is characterized by comprising a rotary drum supported by a bearing seat, a feeder, dissolvent, a vapor feeding device and a driving device, wherein a feeding part in the feeder extends into one end of the rotary drum, and the dissolvent, a dissolvent feeding tube and a vapor feeding tube in the vapor input device are respectively inserted in the other end of the rotary drum; a spiral feed pushing operation board and a feed turning direct operation board are arranged on the inner wall of the rotary drum; and feed liquid stage extractors are arranged in the drum at intervals ranging from 6 meters to 8 meters. The extractor is slantwise installed when the extractor is in use, feed stocks are fed inside from the lower part, and the dissolvent is fed inside from the upper part; driven by the rotary motion of the rotary drum, the feed stocks in the rotary drum are ceaselessly revolved and pushed forward and are simultaneously lifted into the low concentration upper stage of the dissolvent by the feed liquid stage extractors, and the concentration of the feed liquid is gradually increased from the top down. Compared with the spiral auger structure, the integral rotary type continuous contra-flow extractor has the advantages of being low in power consumption, high in extraction yield, high in quantity of production and low in equipment abrasion.
