Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for obtaining structuring information in layout files, and structuring speed of the layout files in informationization management of the layout files can be improved. The method comprises that start page information corresponding to a current directory entry is determined, first article content of a page corresponding to the start page information is divided into at least one block structure character according to content attribute information, a first block structure character matched with a name character of the current directory entry is searched in each block structure character, first position information in the first article content of the first block structure character is obtained, and start position information of the current directory entry and finish position information of a last directory entry are obtained according to the first position information.
