Abstract

The invention discloses a sample heating device, a furnace jacket and a heating furnace main structure for low-frequency internal friction measurement. The heating furnace main structure is mounted in the furnace jacket and comprises a supporting rod set, a furnace and a binding post component. The supporting rod set is vertically fixed in an inner cavity of the furnace jacket through an intermediate plate at the top of the furnace jacket. The furnace is in sliding fit with the supporting rod set through a guide block component. Power connection can be realized by the binding post component arranged at the bottom of the furnace. The binding post component comprises a furnace bottom binding post and a wire inlet binding post. Through the mode, samples can be heated to high temperature for internal friction measurement; the heating device is high in heat transfer speed, simple in structure and low in production cost; the heating furnace is easy to demount, so that replacement of the samples is facilitated; safety in use of the heating device is guaranteed; by the heating device, good isothermal temperature areas can be kept for the samples and neighborhoods thereof during measurement to guarantee measurement accuracy.
