Abstract

The invention discloses a derailment monitoring system of endless-rope continuous towing vehicles and a monitoring method of the derailment monitoring system. An inductance type proximity switch of the derailment monitoring system is installed on a shuttle car; the shuttle car is provided with an emitter; the emitter is connected with the inductance type proximity switch; the emitter emits detection signals of the inductance type proximity switch; a router is installed at one side of a tunnel; the router receives the detection signals emitted by the emitter and transmits the detection signals to a receiver; the receiver is connected with a PLC processor through a bus; the PLC processor is connected with a display screen; the PLC is also connected with a relay; and the relay is connected with a control switch of a winch. With the monitoring method of the derailment monitoring system adopted, the position of the shuttle car can be positioned in real time, and the operation state of the shuttle car can be judged, and if a sensor predicts derailment, alarm signals can be generated, and the motor of the winch can be locked, and therefore, major accidents can be avoided, and efficient and safe operation of a coal mine auxiliary transportation system can be ensured; and derailment prediction information and shuttle car position information can be combined together, so that fault points can be found timely, and therefore, maintenance and repair can be performed.
