According to the sound-ceasing drumhead provided by the invention, the sound-ceasing cotton is arranged on the drumhead, so that resonating time of the drumhead can be decreased, and the timbre of a drum will not lose, and the gamut of the sound of the drum can be extended, and noises of the drum can be eliminated, and the sense of rhythm of the sound of the drum can be improved.
