The charging device comprises a transformer, a first charging isolating circuit and a discharging circuit, wherein the first charging isolating circuit comprises a first charging circuit, a first switch, a first isolating output circuit and a first charging platform; the first isolating output circuit comprises at least two isolating output branches, the first charging platform comprises charging tracks having the same number with the isolating output branches and to-be-charged platforms in one-to-one correspondence with the charging tracks; a plurality of to-be-charged energy storage type electric cars can be charged by only contacting the electric cars with the charging tracks in one-to-one correspondence and controlling the first charging circuit to start to output the charging current, the operation of configuring a charging device for each energy storage type electric car is unnecessary, the device cost is saved, and the problems that the charging waiting time is long and the actual operation requirement cannot be satisfied since only one charging device is configured are solved.
