Abstract

The invention discloses a rescue device and method based on a helicopter. The rescue device comprises the helicopter and a hanging basket. The helicopter is provided with a controller, a control wire and a cable. The hanging basket is provided with an underwater infrared camera, a power pump, air bags, an air bag control motor, a rotation-angle motor and motor hinges. The underwater infrared camera is used for shooting the underwater surrounding environment of a person in distress in real time and sending the obtained underwater pictures to the controller. The controller analyzes and processes the received pictures and then controls the power pump to work, so that the hanging basket moves to be close to the person in distress for rescue activity. The air bags help the hanging basket to float out the sea, and secondary damage in the lifting process can be avoided. The motor hinges enable the four walls of the hanging basket to be in a three-dimensional state from a tiled state, so that the person in distress is fixed into the hanging basket and prevented from sliding out of the hanging basket. The invention further discloses a rescue method based on the helicopter. By means of the rescue device and method, offshore rescue efficiency is improved, and health of rescue staff is improved.
