Abstract

The invention discloses a user state statistics system and a user state statistics method, which at least can solve technical problems that the conventional stand-alone statistics mode is limited by the processing speed and the memory capacity of a single server and consequently cannot satisfy the demand of massive growth of Internet users, cannot support expansion and has poor backup effect for disaster recovery. The user state statistics system comprises a server cluster, and a SSDB database connected with the server cluster, wherein the server cluster comprises a plurality of server nodes, each server node is respectively used for processing a dotting request sent by each user terminal, generating a user state message according to the dotting request and providing the user state message for the SSDB database; and the SSDB database is used for performing statistics on the user state message provided by each server node, generating user state information according to the statistics result and storing the user state information.
