Abstract

The invention relates to a waste straw treatment device which comprises a feeding conveyor belt; a cutter frame is arranged on one side of the feeding conveyor belt and is provided with a plurality of cutting grooves; a cutting plate driven by a hydraulic cylinder is arranged above the cutter frame; cutters, corresponding to the upper sides of the grooves, are arranged under the cutting plate; a crushing box is arranged below the cutter frame; two spiral cutters driven by a motor to rotate are inserted into the crushing box; a discharge pipeline is arranged under the crushing box; a storage box is arranged under the discharge pipeline; a discharge hole is formed in the lower end of the storage box; a limiting plate is arranged on one side of the storage box; a [-shaped frame is arranged on the other side of the storage box; a baffle plate which slides through a cylinder is arranged, penetrating through the limiting plate; and a material barrel is arranged below the discharge hole. The waste straw treatment device can secondarily crush and utilize waste straws effectively and protects environment effectively.
