Abstract

The invention discloses a pair of shoes with telescopic heels. Each shoe comprises a shoe seat, wherein the shoe seat is an oval body; a round through hole is formed in the center of the shoe seat; a heel is vertically arranged inside the through hole; a spring is also arranged inside the through hole; rivet holes are formed in two sides of the inside of the through hole; one end, positioned inside the through hole, of the heel is fixed and is provided with a plurality of positioning holes in parallel; a transverse hole is formed in the side wall of the shoe seat, and is connected with the through hole; a pin rod is pined and connected inside the transverse hole and passes through the transverse hole to be riveted with the rivet holes; a sandwich layer damping layer is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole; one end, far away from the heel, of the through hole is fixedly provided with a hole cover; the hole cover is aligned with the top of the shoe seat; the spring is made of high-grade tough permanent high-strength materials; and the pin rod is in a low-carbon steel cylindrical strip shape.
