Abstract

The water chestnut cleaning and earth removing device comprises a base, a feeding plate, an earth removing device, a discharging plate, a machine frame, a fixing frame, pressing rods, a mounting frame, lifting rods and a driving mechanism, wherein the feeding plate, the earth removing device and the discharging plate aresequentially connected to the base in a working direction; the earth removing device is obliquely arranged downwards in the working direction; a plurality of brush rollers are arranged on the earth removing device; each pressing rod is arranged above a crack between every two adjacent brush rollers; the upper parts of the pressing rods are tied to the lower end of a connecting rope, and the upperend of the connecting rope is tied to the mounting frame; a compressing head is arranged at the lower end of each pressing rod; a fixing frame is arranged at the middle part of the machine frame; through holes are formed in the fixing frame; each pressing rod penetrates through a corresponding through hole; the lifting rods are arranged on the mounting frame; the top ends of the lifting rods are connected with the driving mechanism; and the driving mechanism is fixed to the lower part of the top of the machine frame.
