Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent carbon fiber electric heating system based on a distributed type grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system. The intelligent carbon fiber electric heating system comprises a photovoltaic power generation system, a carbon fiber electric heating system, an inverter and a power grid, wherein the photovoltaic power generation system comprises a photovoltaic power generation panel and a photovoltaic power generation panel bracket; the carbon fiber electric heating system comprises a power supply, a temperature control device and a heating system; theheating system is arranged on the indoor ground and comprises a thermal insulating layer, a reflective film, a steel wire gauze, carbon fiber and a heat evening layer sequentially arranged from bottomup; after output, the photovoltaic power generation panel is connected with the inverter; after output, one end of the inverter is merged into the power grid, and the other end of the inverter is connected into an indoor power supply; and the power supply is electrically connected with the temperature control device and is further electrically connected with an indoor carbon fiber electric heaterand a carbon fiber hanging furnace. The intelligent carbon fiber electric heating system provides electric quantity for a carbon fiber heating system through photovoltaic power generation and improvethe heating efficiency to realize the purposes of saving coal resource, reducing emission of pollutants, effectively reducing the usage amount of cables and reducing loss of electric energy.
