Abstract

The present invention discloses a product pattern intelligent spraying coloring system. The system comprises a product database, a product coloring center, a data collection terminal and a data processing center. The product database is configured to store pattern data information, color data information and spraying coloring programs of products, the product coloring center is configured to perform pattern drawing and coloring for the products and comprises a pigment storage device, a delivery pump, a nozzle, a spray pump, a mechanical arm and a control device, and the control device controlsthe motion of the delivery pump, the spray pump and the mechanical arm through operation of the coloring program; the data collection terminal is configured to allow users to edit and upload new pattern information and color data information to the data processing center; and the data processing center is configured to generate the coloring programs of the products according to the pattern data information and the color data information uploaded by the users and input the coloring programs to the product database. The product pattern intelligent spraying coloring system can solve the customization demand of users for the individuation products and is short in production period and high in manufacturing efficiency.
