The device comprises a frame module, a moving module and an aligning module; the frame module comprises support legs, a frame, an auxiliary frame, a transmission shaft, a fixed bar and a guide rail; the frame is fixedly connected to the support legs; the frame is positioned on the upper surfaces of the support legs; the auxiliary frame is fixedly connected to the frame; through arrangement of two slide bases, carton plates can be clamped from two opposite sides and extruded to align bonding surfacesand cover surfaces thereof; the carton plates are accommodated and aligned through an aligning groove; the upper and lower layers of bonding surfaces and cover surfaces can be pressed through pressingwheels to achieve firmer bonding and to prevent deviation after alignment; a thread rod and a second sleeve shaft are screwed; and when a rotating disc is rotated, the positions and the distance of secondary conveying belts on two sides can be adjusted to meet the carton plates with different specifications.
