Embodiment Construction

[0009] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments:

[0010] A method for processing medical cartons includes the following steps:

[0011] Step 1. Select corrugated cardboard to make a carton board according to a predetermined size, and unfold it on a horizontal operation table. A polylactic acid resin foam sheet is pre-placed on the horizontal operation table. The thickness of the sheet is 1-2mm. The upper surface of the polylactic acid resin foamed sheet is sprayed with environmentally friendly glue;

[0012] Step 2: Adhere the inner side of the carton board with the polylactic acid resin foamed sheet, and then transport it to the oven through a conveyor belt. The temperature of the oven is controlled at 40-45°C and the drying time is 3-5min;

[0013] Step 3, then surround the box body, and glue and fix the liner in it.

[0014] Adhesive foam sheets on the inner side of the carton can not only play a shock absorption effect, but also s

Abstract

The invention discloses a machining method of a medical carton. The method comprises following steps that firstly, a corrugated board is selected and is made into a carton board according to the reserved size, the carbon board is unfolded to be flatly paved on a horizontal operation table, a polylactic resin foaming sheet is placed on the horizontal operation table in advance, the thickness of thesheet ranges from 1 mm to 2 mm, and environment-friendly glue is sprayed to the upper surface of the polylactic resin foaming sheet; secondly, the inner side face of the carton board is bonded with the polylactic resin foaming sheet, the carton board is conveyed to a drying oven through a conveying belt, the temperature of the drying oven is controlled to 40 to 45 DEG C, and the drying time ranges from 3 min to 5 min; thirdly, the carton body is formed through defining, and a lining board is bonded and fixed in the carton body. The machining method of the medical carton does not need to use apartition board during packaging, and the damping effect is achieved.
