By using the telescoping rods, the fixed screws, the movable screws, rubber mats and the threaded pipes of the stabilizing assemblies, the supporting area of the heater is expanded, so that the heater keeps in a stable state, is not likely to topple or slide; the cleaning assembly is sleeved with the middles of the heating pieces, during cleaning, it is only required that the cleaning assembly is moved up and down, then the dust on the heating pieces can be removed by using the bristles, and convenience is brought to cleaning; a soft magnetic strip is pulled, the plastic cloth is taken out, and dust is prevented from being accumulated on the heater.
