Abstract

The technical solution of the invention is a catheter lid with improved connection structure. The catheter lid comprises a thread located on the inner side wall of the lid and an annular sealing rib located on the lower surface of the lid, wherein the top of the lid extends downwardly with a cylindrical portion, the bottom end of the cylindrical portion is provided with a connecting hole, and theinner side wall of the connecting hole is provided with two opposite arc segments, and the arc segment forms an angle greater than 45 degrees with the axis of the connecting hole. The catheter lid with improved connection structure provided by the invention is novel and simple in structure that the original thread structure is replaced by setting two opposite arc segments in the connecting hole, which, with little difference from the thread connection from the connection effect, solves the disadvantage that the original thread is easily broken during injection demoulding in terms of manufacturing; and when demoulding, the arc segments are used as parting surfaces, the upper sides of the arc segments are demolded upward, and the lower sides of the arc segments are demolded downward, which solves the problem of difficulty in demoulding, thereby solving the problems that designers in the industry have always wanted to solve and cannot solve.
