Embodiment 1

[0064] The invention proposes a long-wave infrared fog penetration performance enhancement algorithm. Method flow chart see figure 1 . In this example, the algorithm of the present invention is used to process the long-wave infrared foggy image obtained by the infrared detector at a certain concentration of fog. In this example, dark channel map, transmittance map, atmospheric light value, up-and-down sampling image, image after histogram matching with the desired image, image after histogram bidirectional equalization, image defogging and enhancement schemes and effect comparisons can be obtained , Algorithm complexity calculation and comparison, etc. The hardware condition of the experimental platform in this example is a DELL laptop, the processor is Inter(R)i7-5500UCPU@2.4GHZ, 8GB RAM, the test software is MATLAB 2014b, and the Windows8 operating system. The realization of the fog penetration function of the overall long-wave infrared image under this long-wave infrared fo

Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time long-wave infrared fog penetration performance enhancement algorithm. The algorithm comprises the following steps: 1) reading a long-wave infrared foggy image and along-wave infrared fog-free image of the same scene point and initializing the long-wave infrared fogless image; 2) obtaining a dark channel graph by using a minimum filtering optimization method; 3)obtaining an atmospheric light value by using a brightness maximum mean value solving method; 4) obtaining transmissivity by using a transmissivity optimization solving method; 5) solving a fog-freeimage by using a formula; the invention has the advantages that the defogging effect is good, the contrast ratio and the dark tone of the image are improved, the gray scale loss and the color spot generation are prevented, the relationship with the expected image is established, and the algorithm time is shortened as much as possible.
