The basic information module is used for storing and displaying basic information of employees; the handover module is used for enabling employees to confirm information with each other during handover; the clock-in module is used for determining whether the employee is at a post or a to-be-maintained position; according to the invention, the employee terminal is set for the employee, the administrator terminal is set for the administrator, and real-time supervision of the administrator on the employee is realized through the remote server, so that the on-site management difficulty of the administrator isreduced, the management efficiency is improved, and the equipment can be efficiently maintained.
