The invention discloses a precise single-point positioning method and device, and relates to the technical field of satellite navigation positioning, and the device comprises a server and field positioning equipment, and the server obtains the precise ephemeris and clock correction data of a GNSS navigation satellite from the Internet; and the field positioning device receives the precise ephemeris and clock difference data of the visible satellite in the area where the field positioning device is located sent by the server through the Beidou short message channel, and the original observationdata sent by the navigation satellite, imports the original observation data and the precise ephemeris and clock difference data into a positioning calculation program, and calculates the spatial position. The method does not depend on an existing wifi network, a satellite navigation ground-based reference station and a communication satellite channel, and has the advantages of low use cost, independence, safety and controllability.
